Steel Branding Named by Inc. Magazine as One of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

AUSTIN, Texas (November 19, 2014) — Inc. magazine ranked Steel Branding, a brand-focused communications firm that specializes in marketing to the family, No. 1776 in its 33rd annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at one of the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs.

The 2014 Inc. 5000, is the most competitive crop in the list’s history. The average company on the list achieved a mind-boggling three-year growth of 516%. In 2013, Steel Branding generated more than $3 million in revenue and has added 14 jobs within the last three years.

According to the Austin Business Journal, 87 Austin companies made the 2014 Inc. 5000 list, making Austin the No. 4 city in the nation for fast-growing companies. As one of those 87 companies, Steel Branding continues to stand out with their unique marketing niche to reach the modern family.

The 2014 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2010 to 2013. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2010. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent–not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies–as of December 31, 2013. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2010 is $100,000; the minimum for 2013 is $2 million.
