Steel developed an effective health plan marketing campaign for Kaiser Permanente, targeting active military families and younger military retirees in the Atlanta area. With the goal of generating 1,700 new enrollees under a $500K budget, our strategy focused on understanding the evolving needs of the military demographic. We used a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels, including local mass media, radio partnerships, and PPC campaigns, to highlight Kaiser Permanente’s credibility and market advantages. Our comprehensive approach, which also included provider engagement and web content optimization, reinforced Kaiser Permanente’s position as a trusted health plan provider for military families. This campaign resonated with the target audience and drove substantial engagement.
