Outreach Campaign

Steel led a high-impact outreach campaign for the Texas Hospital Association (THA). The primary goal was to boost healthcare insurance enrollment and promote access to the Health Insurance Marketplace. To achieve this, Steel focused on a more local, personal approach, downplaying the federal government’s role. This helped make the message feel more relevant to the community.

First, Steel focused on understanding the target audience. This revealed key insights into the needs and preferences of residents. Armed with this knowledge, Steel crafted an outreach campaign which focused on affordability, and utilized several platforms to reach as many people as possible. These included digital ads, out-of-home media, print, radio, TV, and social media. Each platform played a crucial role in ensuring broad reach. Furthermore, Steel meticulously planned to keep the messaging clear and consistent across all channels. This approach made it easy for the community to engage with the campaign, enhancing its overall effectiveness. The campaign successfully raised awareness and increased campaign engagement.
