The initiative began with foundational brand strategy work, identifying the key pillars that define WellQor’s purpose and personality: long-term personal relationships, uniquely experienced and collaborative specialists, and a focus on helping patients build resilience, esteem, and self-love. Rooted in the Lover archetype, the brand reflects a deep sense of personalized care and compassion, qualities that set WellQor apart in the crowded online therapy landscape.
With these insights, Steel developed a vibrant new visual identity that brought warmth, humanity, and confidence to every touchpoint. The rebrand also established WellQor’s distinction as a national leader in online therapy that is a true clinical practice, not just a directory service.
Building on this foundation, Steel redesigned the website to bring the refreshed brand to life online through a seamless, patient-centered experience that reflects WellQor’s values and delivers a sense of genuine connection to every patient interaction.
